Know what you own, when it needs attention, and whether it has been recalled.

Hearth helps you keep a record of the appliances and equipment in your home and the maintenance they need. Photograph a nameplate and Hearth reads the label, files the item under a category and brand, and builds a maintenance schedule with reminders you control.

Hearth also checks your saved items against the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recall database and warns you when a brand and category you own turns up in a recall notice.

What it does

• Keep the details that matter: model, serial number, room, purchase date, price, notes, UPC.
• Automatic maintenance schedules with reminders you can change, silence, or delete.
• Repair logs, so you know what has already been serviced.
